Empal Gentong

Bahan:
250 gr babat sapi
250 gr usus sapi
250 gr daging sandung lamur, potong 2×3
1/4 butir kelapa parut, sangrai lalu tumbuk hingga halus
4 cm kayu manis
750 ml air
2 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
5 lembar daun kucai, potong-potong 1/2 cm
