Ayam Goreng Cirebon

Ayam Goreng Cirebon

Bahan:
1 ekor ayam, dipotong 10 bagian
25 gr asam jawa, dilarutkan dengan 50 ml air
300 ml air
minyak untuk menggoreng

Bumbu Halus:
8 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
4 cm kunyit
4 butir kemiri
2,5 sdt ketumbar
3 sdt garam

Cara Membuat:

  1. Rebus ayam, bumbu halus, air asam jawa, dan air hingga bumbu meresap dan matang
  2. Goreng ayam dalam minyak panas hingga kecoklatan
  3. Goreng sisa bumbu untuk taburan
