Es Cuing

Bahan:
400 gr cincau hijau
250 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
1/8 sdt garam
es serut
400 ml air matang

Bahan Sirup Gula Merah:
250 gr gula merah, sisir halus
150 ml air
2 lembar daun pandan

Cara Membuat:

  1. Rebus santan dan garam sambil diaduk hingga mendidih. Sisihkan
  2. Rebus bahan sirup gula merah sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
    Saring lalu dinginkan
  3. Aduk cincau, tambahkan air, sirup gula merah, dan es serut.
    Siram dengan santan. Sajikan
