Karedok

Bahan:
2 buah terong bulat, potong-potong
150 gr taoge
100 gr kol, iris halus
20 pucuk daun kemangi
5 lonjor kacang panjang, iris 1/2 cm
1 buah ketimun, iris tipis
1 sdt asam jawa + 50 ml air matang
100 ml ar matang
kerupuk kanji, digoreng

Bumbu Halus:
2 buah cabai merah
1 buah cabai rawit
30 gr gula merah
1/4 sdt garam
100 gr kacang tanah, goreng
5 cm kencur
1/2 sdt terasi

Cara Membuat:

  1. Aduk bumbu halus, air asam jawa,  dan air. Tambahkan air jeruk limo jika suka
  2. Tata sayuran di piring, siram dengan bahan saus
  3. Sajikan dengan kerupuk kanji goreng dan bawang merah goring
