Rendang Hati

Rendang Hati

Bahan:
500 gr hati sapi, potong 6×6 cm
1,25 L santan dari 1 butir kelapa
8 lembar daun jeruk
2 buah asam kandis

Bumbu Halus:
20 buah cabai merah keriting
10 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
2 cm lengkuas
2 cm jahe
3 sdt garam

Cara Membuat:

  1. Rebus bumbu halus, daun jeruk, dan asam kandis di dalam santan hingga mendidih
  2. Masukkan hati sapi, masak sampai bumbu mengering.
  3. Setelah kuah hampir mengering, rendang harus terus diaduk sampai kering
