Rendang Kecap

Rendang Kecap

Bahan:
400 gr daging rendang, potong 4x4x1 cm
2 lembar daun salam
2 batang serai, memarkan
1 cm jahe, memarkan


1 L air
4 sdm kecap manis
1/2 sdt garam
1/4 sdt gula merah

Bumbu Halus:
6 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
4 butir kemiri
2 sdt ketumbar

Cara Membuat:

  1. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, serai, dan jahe sampai matang
  2. Masukkan daging sambil diaduk hingga berubah warna
  3. Tuang kecap manis, air, gula, dan garam. Masak sampai bumbu meresap
