Sate Kentang

Sate Kentang

Bahan:
750 gr kentang kecil
75 gr kelapa setengah tua, kupas, parut kasar
2 lembar daun salam
1 cm kayu manis


150 ml air
2 sdm kecap manis
3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
tusuk sate

Bumbu Halus:
8 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
2 sdt ketumbar
1,5 sdt garam
1 sdt gula merah

Cara Membuat:

  1. Kukus kentang sampai matang, kupas, sisihkan
  2. Sangrai kelapa sampai kecoklatan, lalu tumbuk halus
  3. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, dan kayu manis sampai matang
  4. Tambahkan kelapa parut, kentang, kecap manis dan air. Masak sampai bumbu meresap dan kuah kental
  5. Tusuk-tusuk di tusuk sate, lalu sajikan
