Sega Lengko

Bahan:
200 gr ketimun, kupas, potong kotak
150 gr taoge, diseduh
200 gr tahu putih, goreng, potong kotak 2 cm
150 gr tempe, goreng, potong kotak 2 cm
3 batang kucai, potong 3 cm

Bahan Saus:
4 buah cabe rawit, cincang halus
10 sdm kecap manis
1/4 sdt cuka
1/2 sdt garam
5 sdm bawang goreng

Pelengkap:
nasi putih

Cara Membuat:

  1. Aduk bahan saus hingga rata, sisihkan
  2. Tata nasi, tambahkan ketimun, taoge, tahu, dan tempe di piring
  3. Siram dengan saus, tabur kucai lalu sajikan
