Tahu Gejrot

Bahan:
10 buah tahu putih
1 siung bawang putih
5 buah cabe rawit
6 butir bawang merah


1 sdt asam jawa
1 sdt garam
50 gr gula merah, sisir halus
50 ml air

Cara Membuat:

  1. Goreng tahu sampai kecoklatan, sisihkan
  2. Haluskan bawang putih, cabe rawit, bawang merah, asam jawa, dan garam
  3. Tambahkan gula merah, haluskan kembali. Tambahkan air, aduk rata
  4. Potong-potong tahu, sajikan dengan kuah
