Sayur Labu Siam (Versi 2)

Bahan:
600 gr labu siam, potong korek api besar
400 gr tempe, potong korek api besar
3 batang serai, memarkan
4 buah cabai merah, iris tipis
2 liter santan dari 1 butir kelapa
500 ml air
10 buah ampela ayam, rebus, iris tipis

5 sdm minyak untuk menumis
8 sdm bawang goreng

Bumbu Halus:
100 gr ebi sangrai
12 butir bawang merah
8 siung bawang putih
2 sdt terasi
2 sdm garam

Cara Membuat:

  1. Tumis bumbu halus, serai, dan cabai merah hingga matang
  2. Tuang santan, air, dan ampela ayam. Didihkan sambil diaduk
  3. Tambahkan labu siam dan tempe. Masak hingga matang
