Sup Asam Patin

Sup Asam Patin

Bahan:
1 kg ikan patin dipotong-potong
150 ml kecap manis
2 lembar daun salam
4 cm lengkuas dimemarkan


2 L kaldu
200 gr belimbing sayur, potong-potong
100 gr tomat hijau, potong-potong
20 buah cabai rawit
100 gr daun melinjo
2 sdm minyak goreng

Bumbu Halus:
5 buah cabai merah
8 butir bawang merah
1 sdt terasi
3 butir kemiri
4 1/2 sdt garam

Cara Membuat:

  1. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Masukkan daun salam dan lengkuas
  2. Tambahkan ikan, aduk perlahan hingga berubah warna
  3. Tuang kaldu, kecap manis, lalu tambahkan belimbing sayur, tomat hijau, cabai rawit
  4. Setelah matang, masukkan daun melinjo, masak sampai bumbu meresap. Sajikan
