Telur Pindang

Telur Pindang

Bahan:
8 butir telur ayam
3 sdm kulit bawang merah
3 lembar daun salam
2 cm lengkuas
750 ml air
1 sdm garam

Cara Membuat:

  1. Rebus semua bahan sambil diaduk perlahan agar kuning telur tetap di tempat.
    Setelah mendidih, retakkan kulit tiap telur di berbagai tempat
  2. Rebus lagi hingga air terserap
