Sate Pusut

Sate Pusut

Bahan:
250 gr daging ikan tenggiri, haluskan
250 gr udang kupas, haluskan
75 gr kelapa setengah tua dikupas, diparut kasar
4 lembar daun jeruk purut
2 sdt gula merah, disisir halus
1 butir telur
20 tangkai serai untuk tusukan sate
2 sdm minyak untuk menumis

Bumbu Halus:
8 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
4 buah cabai merah
2 cm lengkuas
3 cm kencur
3 cm kunyit
1 sdt ketumbar
1 sdt garam

Cara Membuat:

  1. Tumis bumbu halus dan daun jeruk sampaia harum. Angkat
  2. Masukkan daging ikan tenggiri, udang, kelapa, gula merah, dan telur. Aduk rata
  3. Ambil 2 sendok makan adonan lalu kepalkan di serai. Bakar di bara api sampai kering dan matang
